Friendly SCIONS OF NULAHMIA VAMPIRE HEROES are empowered while they are more than 3" from all enemy units. Add 1 to casting, dispelling and unbinding rolls for a unit that is empowered.

Nulahmian Invocation:

In your hero phase, you can pick up to 3 friendly SCIONS OF NULAHMIA SUMMONABLE units wholly within 12" of a friendly SCIONS OF NULAHMIA HERO. You can either heal up to 3 wounds allocated to that unit, you can return a number of slain models to it that have a combined Wounds characteristic of 3 or less. Add 1 to the number of slain models that are returned to that unit if it is wholly within 6" of a friendly SCIONS OF NULAHMIA HERO. You cannot pick the same unit to benefit from this ability more than once per phase.

Friendly SCIONS OF NULAHMIA units have a ward of 6+.

At the start of your hero phase, you can say that one of your SCIONS OF NULAHMIA units is attempting 1 of the plots in the Demise by Design table by the start of your next hero phase.
