Shaltari Motherships must launch their Dropships via a Ship/Dropsite with this rule (sometimes referred to as Gateships). Each Gateship can have up to X Dropships deployed from it each round. Note: though the launch is measured from the Gateship, it is the Mothership that is launching.
When this Ship goes on the Weapons Free, Max Thrust, or Damage Control orders, it reduces its Gateship-X value to 0 until the start of its next activation.

Once per round, at the end of the Planning Phase, target a Dropsite with friendly Battalions on it. That Dropsite gains the Gateship-1 special rule until the end of the round, treating the Dropsite as a Ship for this rule (any other rules are unaffected).
