(Rule)Description: Unless combat includes a friendly character with an equal or higher Leadership, a Kastellan must always issue and accept challenges. If the unit has no Kastellan, then a Blood Knight may bee nominated to answer a challenge, just like a unit champion (althugh he is not actually a character, he may not issue challenges)
