Fear Incarnate
(Rule)Description: Fear tests caused by the Vampire (or his unit) that have been passed by the enemy must be re-rolled. If a Battle Standard Bearer is conferring it's Hold Your Ground ability to the testing unit, the two rules cancel each other out.
