When charging uses 3D6 and discard the lowest result and add to their move value.
When fleeing and pursuing, use 3D6 and discard the lowest result.

High Elf models can make supporting attacks with one extra rank than normal
This is cumulative with any other special rules
When shooting all High Elf models with this special rule fire one more rank than normal
