Stabilised Optics

The bearer does not suffer the penalty to hit rolls incurred for firing Heavy weapons in the same turn that their unit has moved, and does not suffer the penalty to hit rolls incurred to firing Heavy weapons at a target that is within Engagement Range of their unit.
