Each time you select a target for this weapon, you can ignore the Look Out ,Sir rule. Each time an attack is made with this weapon, if a hit is scored,until the start of your next Shooting phase the target is cowed. While a unit is cowed, subtract 2 from the Leadership characteristic of models in that unit.
