In the fight phase, when the bearer is chosen to fight with for the first time that phase, roll one D6. on a 1 the bearer suffers 1 mortal wound and this weapon cannot be used that phase. When resolving an attack made with this weapon, if the saving throw is failed you can make one additional attack against the same unit with the same weapon. This additional attack cannot generate another attack.
