Once per battle, if this model is on the battlefield when you use an Adeptus Mechanicus Strategic Ploy Stratagem, reduce the CP cost of that Stratagem by 1 CP. Note that the CP Cost is only reduced by 1 CP for that use of the Stratagem, any future usages of it cost the normal amount of CPs.

Until the start of your next Command phase, each time a model in that unit makes a ranged attack, the target does not receive the benefits of cover against that attack.
