Roll one D6: on a 3+, the intoned hymn is inspiring and takes effect until the start of your next Command phase.

When resolving an attack made with a melee weapon by a model in this unit, you can re-roll the hit roll if that model's unit made a charge move, was charged or performed a Heroic Intervention this turn.

This model has a 4+ invulnerable save.

If your army is Battle-forged, then for each MISSIONARY unit included in a Detachment, one PREACHER unit can be included in that Detachment without taking up a Battlefield Role slot.

While a CHAOS unit is within 6" of this model, subtract 1 from the Leadership characteristic of models in that unit.
