Daemon's Toll

Once per battle, at the start of your opponent's Movement phase, the bearer can use this Relic. If it does, select one enemy unit within 6". Until the end of the phase, each time that unit is selected to Fall Back, roll one D6: on a 2+, that unit cannot Fall Back and must remain Stationary instead.
