(Rule)Description: Add 1 to the Leadership characteristic of models with this tactic. Units with this tactic that cannot FLY can shoot in a turn in which they Fell Back, but if they do, when resolving an attack made by a model in that unit in the Shooting phase of that turn, subtract 1 from the hit roll.
