Relic: The Laurels of Command

OFFICER with Voice of Command ability only. Roll a dice each time the bearer issues an order to a friendly unit within 6" of them. On a 4+ the bearer can immediately issue another order to the same unit. This does not count towards the maximum number of orders this model may issue each turn.
