Units with this obsession that have the Power From Pain ability always benefit from the Eager to Flay bonus (see Codex: Drukhari), even during the first battle round. When resolving an attack made with a melee weapon by a model with this obsession against a unit that is not a VEHICLE or TITANIC, an unmodified hit roll of 6 automatically scores a hit and successfully wounds the target (do not make a wound roll).
