(Rule)Description: For each HQ choice in an Iron Hands or Clan Raukaan detachment (not including other Techmarines, Servitors, Command Squads, or Honour Guard) you may include up to three Techmarines. These selections do not use up a Force Organisation slot. This rule does not apply to Formations.
