If a Psyker from a War Cabal successfully manifests a psychic power, the Psyker, and any War Cabal unit he is a part of or has joined, can re-roll failed To Hit rolls of 1 until the start of your next Psychic phase.

If this formation contains the maximum number of units, then units from the Formation can re-roll any falied saving throw of 1.
