(Rule)Description: +2 to the dice roll when rolling on the Bike Skid Turn table (Pg. 83 of Warhammer rulebook).
May not decrease his speed compared to a previous turn unless he takes and passes a Speed test first on a D6:
1-3: Slows down
4-5: Same speed as previous turn
6: Yaaaaaaaaaargh!: Vehicle accelerates to its max speed regardless of the players wish
