Lictor Fleshhooks
A Lictor can fire 2 Flesh Hooks in the shooting phase
Fear
If charged by an enemy causing fear, take a psychology check. If passed, fight as normal. If failed, automatically break if outnumbered by charging enemy. If enemy does not outnumber, half the units WS (rounding up) in the first turn of combat and cannot fire overwatch. 
If charging enemy unit that causes fear, must take psychology check. If failed, cannot charge and must remain stationary for the turn (but can fire normally). 
If hit by a weapon that causes fear it must take a Break test regardless of casualties inflicted by the weapon
Chameleon Scales
All shots fired at a Lictor which did not move in its previous turn suffer a -1 to hit in addition to any other modifiers.
Leadership
Immune to all psychological factors. It cannot be affected by Fear, Terror, or any of the psychological factors in the Warhammer rulebook. Cannot be broken and does not have to take a Break test. Will automatically pass any Leadership-based test required to make.
Poison
Any close combat opponents wounded by a Lictor but not killed will suffer additional wounds from its poison at the end of the phase. Roll a D6, the poisoned model suffers 1 extra wound for each point the roll exceeds the model's Toughness by. Only make the roll on the turn the model is wounded.
Hiding
Lictors cannot be spotted when hidden, only detected. A scanner or Bionic Eye can only detect a hidden Lictor on a 4+. 
Can only be attacked by weapons with a template or blast marker, which still only hit them on a 4+ while they are Hidden.
Infiltration
Can deploy on the table after the enemy has finished delpoying their models. Can be placed anywhere on the board that is not in enemy line of sight. If both players have infilitrators, roll off to determine who goes first.
Acute Senses
Can spot hidden troops at twice it's Initiative distance in Inches
