Chaos Spawn
Moves 2D6" each movement phase. Doesn't have to move in a random direction like other spawn, can choose direction. Any model Foulspawn moves over or touches sustains 1 automatic hit for each  attack Foulspawn has. Work out the result of any hits and saving throws normally, using Foulspawn's Strength and save modifier (S7, -4 save). Allocate hits on vehicles to random locations. Enemy models may not deliberately move over Foulspawn in their own turn. If they do because of compulsory or random movement, work out hits in the same way as if Foulspawn moved over them.

Foulspawn suffers wounds if a double is rolled when determining his random movement, with no saving throw allowed for his Daemonic aura. The number of wounds he suffers is equal to the double rolled. A double 4 is 4 wounds, a double 6 is 6 wounds.. etc. 

Enemy models may not attack Foulspawn in close combat.
Absorb Bodily Tissue
Any wounds inflicted by Foulspawn may be used by him to replace any wounds he has lost himself. Cannot gain more wounds than he started with
Toad-Like Tongue
Can attack with his tongue has a ranged weapon, with a 12" range to his front. Roll to hit as normal. If the victim is hit they are dragged into base contact with Foulspawn, unless their Strength (or ram value for a vehicle) is equal to or higher than Foulspawn's Strength. Models dragged into base contact suffer damage as described above.
Nurgle's Cloud of Flies
All enemy models within 6" of Foulspawn suffer a -1 modifier to their Weapon Skill and Ballistic Skill
Terror

Hatred
Troops who hate their adversaries take any Break and Rally tests with a Leadership of 10.
May re-roll any attack dice when they first attack in close combat against their hated foe.
Troops in close combat who hate their enemy must always use their 2" follow-up moves to get closer to the enemy or to engage another hated foe in close combat.
