Any enemy shooting at the Callidus Assassin from short range suffers a -2 to hit penalty, and at long range -1. This only applies when the assassin is out in the open.
Jump Back
At the start of the close combat phase, the Callidus Assassin may disengage from combat. The Assassin may do this automatically and the opponent gains no free strike. Move the Callidus Assassin 2" out of close combat. May not be used to enter another close combat.
Reign of Confusion
May force the opponent to discard one of their Strategy cards chosen at random and without using it at the start of the game.

Wargear
Neural Shredder:

If at the end of the Imperial player's close combat phase, the Callidus Assassin is not in base-to-base contact with any enemy models then she may fire the Neaural Shredder. Place a flamer template coming from the assassin, any models wholly under are automatically hit. Any partially, are hit on a 4+. All models hit must pass a Leadership test with a -2 modifier. If they fail, the model suffers 1 wound with a -3 saving throw. Armour fields cannot be used.

Polymorphine:

The Assassin is not deployed at the start of the game, instead can be revealed at any time that they were disguised as one of the enemy. Can select either an Ork, Squat, Human, Genestealer Hybrid, or ELdar and substitute the Callidus Assassin for that model. The model must be a basic trooper model and not a character, vehicle view, or have a heavy weapon. The model cannot have a better save than 3+ on 1D6. The Assassin discards any captured wargear as she casts off her disguise.

Poison Blades:

If there still enemy models in base-to-base contact with the Assassin at the end of the close combat phase, she may attack one with a Poison Blade. The blade hits on a 3+, inflicts a S4 hit that causes 1 wound with no armour save allowed. Armour fields may save as normal.
