Death Company
Can number from a minmum of 5 models to as many as you want. Always fights as a single unit regardless of size while led by a Blood Angels Chaplain. While led by the Chaplain they have a squad coherency of 4"

If the Chaplain is no longer in the unit every mode becomes an individual, no longer in a squad. All models must charge the nearest enemy as per Frenzy. If none in range, they move their maxmium normal distance in a random direction (using scatter dice). This random move is worked out as soon as charges have been declared but before chargers are moved. 

All models have 2 wounds. However any surviving models with 1 remaining, are slain at battles end for purpose of victory points.

Other than Frenzy, immune to any psychology rules. 

Automatically pass any Leadership test they are required to make. 

Have Frenzy (see Warhammer Rulebook Pg. 67), but cannot take a restraining test to avoid it (therefor must always try and charge the enemy if possible).
