Martial Philosopher

The bearer's unit is eligible to shoot and/or declare a charge in a turn in which it Fell Back. Once per battle, when an enemy unit ends a Normal, Advance or Charge move within 9" of the bearer, if the bearer's unit is not within Engagement Range of one or more enemy units, it can make a Normal move of up to 6".
