Enemy units that are set up on the battle as Reinforcements cannot be set up within 12" of the bearer. Models in the bearer's unit can ignore any or all modifiers to their Leadership characteristic, and each time the bearer's unit takes a Battle-shock test, you can ignore any or all modifiers to that test.
