While the bearer is leading a unit, each time a model in that unit makes an attack, re-roll a Hit roll of 1. If your army is Intoning Hymns of Battle, then while the bearer is leading a unit, each time a model in that unit makes an attack, you can re-roll a Wound roll of 1 as well.
