Brooch of the Great Desert

One use only.
As soon as an enemy spell is cast, the Brooch of the Great Desert may be used to automatically dispel it, just like a Dispel Scroll. Note that as with Dispel Scrolls, the Brooch cannot be used to dispel a spell that is cast with Irresistible Force.
