This item gives a 5+ Ward save. Also, the wearer is Immune to all cold-based spells/attacks (White Dragon's breath. etc).

Talisman of Ulric (webGW-ES): It has the same effects as The White Cloak. In addition, a character wearing Talisman of Ulric will recover one of their wounds at the start of each of their turns. The character can never have more wounds than they had at the start of the battle. If the character receives enough wounds in a single combat phase to be killed, Talisman of Ulric will have no power to regenerate those wounds, and the character will die.
