For all Leadership tests, Lizardmen units roll 3 dice and choose the lowest 2 scores
Stegadons count as ridden monsters with more than one rider. If the Stegadons are killed the Skinks form a small Skirmishing unit. If all the Skinks are killed then the Stegadon is treated like any other ridden monster that loses its rider. For VP, only the Stegadon and characters counts.

The Stegadon causes D6+1 impact hits when it charges (see Warhammer Rulebook pg 128, chariot with scythes).
Skinks in the howdah carry a variety of weapons. For game purposes these count as hand weapons and javelins (javelins count as poisoned, and the Skinks may throw their javelins in any direction)

Stegadons and any riders are immune to panic
Skink darts and javelins count as Poisoned Attacks (see page 114 Warhammer Rulebook).
The Stegadon has a unit strength of 2. No not really its 8.
The Engine is a stone thrower, as described in the Warhammer Rulebook, and in addition, its attacks are counted as Magical and Flaming. The Engine has no crew as such, but shooting attacks against it are randomised between the Arcanadon and the Engine as described in the Warhammer Rulebook. The Engine itself may not be targeted separately in close combat. In addition, the Engine has a 360° field of fire, and can move and fire - it does not need to turn to face the direction in which it is shooting. Should the Engine roll a Misfire result of '1', the entire model is removed as a casualty as devastating energies cascade out of control.
