This item allows the mage to re-roll the dice whendetermining the effects of the Tree Singing spell (whetherhe isusing it to move a wood or to inflict damage on an enemywithin a wood).In additionall enemy models wholly or partlywithin the same wood as the bearer take a single Strength 5hit at the start of each Wood Elf Magic phase.
