(Rule)Description: At the beginning of the owning player's turn, pick a unit that is in line of sight of the character with this item. The opposing player must announce the presence of any models (Fanatics, assassins and the like) within that unit, and announce what magic items are within that unit. He need not describe who carries them, however.
