(Rule)Description: If Jaffar is in your army, he must be the General. All friendly units within 12" of Jaffar may re-roll failed Psychology tests as they are under his watchful eye. However, units that are outside his Inspiring Presence range suffer a -1 to their LD due to their unwillingness to fight for him.
