If successfully cast, pick 1 enemy unit within range and visible to the caster, and roll 6 dice. If 2 or more dice share the same value, that unit suffers 1 mortal wound. If 3 or more dice share the same value, subtract 1 from hit rolls for attacks made by that unit until your next hero phase (in addition to the previous effect). If 4 or more dice share the same value, subtract 1 from wound rolls for attacks made by that unit until your next hero phase (in addition to the previous effects). If the casting roll was 10 or more, roll 8 dice instead of 6. Each effect can only be triggered once, even if there is more than one set of dice with the same value.
