(Rule)Description: Instead of firing a weapon in the Shooting phase the psyker can take a psychic test to use this power. Choose any enemy model with the Independent Character special rule within 24" of the Inquisitor and within his LOS. Both the Inquisitor and the target roll a D6 and add their Leadership. If the Inquisitor scores higher than the target mode, then the target's Leadership is reduced by 3 for the remainder of the game. This power cannot be used more than once on the same target, and cannot be used on models engaged in an assault.
