(Rule)Description: This psychic power is used at the start of the enemy's assault phase and lasts until the start of the next Harlequins' turn. Any enemy unit wishing to charge the Shadowseer or unit they are with must first pass a Leadership test on a 3D6. If they fail they may do nothing in that assault phase.
