(Rule)Description: Larkin nominates a model when he is shooting, such as a Sergeant or a Heavy Weapons trooper. This means he gets to choose which model is removed as a casualty, not the enemy. In addition, Larkin can target any model in range and line of sight, regardless of any targetting restrictions. In addition, Larkin may move and fire his weapon.
