Hypnotic Gaze
(Rule)Description: Use during any Assault Phase after all models have moved but before any combat takes place. If the Cult psyker passes the Psychic Test, choose an enemy model in base contact. That model will need to roll 6's to hit in Assault that round. If the Psychic Test was successful, and the roll was higher than the enemy model's leadership, then the enemy cannot strike any blows at all.
