The Star Phantoms maintain a large and esoteric armoury, favoring melta and plasma weapons above all else.
In a Star Phantoms army the following costs are used for the following weapons instead of the normal cost.
Plasma Pistol 12pts; Plasma Gun 5pts; Meltagun 8pts; Combi-Melta 12pts; Combi-Plasma 12pts.
In addition, Command Squads, Veteran Squads and Tactical Squads can replace a Lascannon with a Plasma Cannon or Multi-Melta for free.
Finally, all Melta and Plasma weapons are discounted by -5pts for Dreadnoughts and Devastator Squads.
