Sentinel

Sentinels in the army may be deployed at the start of a battle, even in scenarios where they could not normally be deployed. In addition, after both sides have deployed, but before determining who has the first turn, any Sentinels may make a 'free' move following the normal Movement rules for a Sentinel.
