Deathworld Toxins
Deathworld Snipers may re-roll a failed roll to wound when using their rifles.
Deathworld Veterans
Deathworld Veterans count woods or jungles as clear terrain. They receive a 4+ cover save for being in woods or jungle terrain. If they do not move in the movement phase may see and shoot through 12" of woods or jungle terrain instead of the normal 6". And they may infiltrate into woods or jungle in missions where infiltration is allowed.

Camouflage
Deathworld Snipers have a 3+ cover save in woods or jungle terrain.
Disappear
Snipers never move. During your Movement phase, you may remove the sniper, representing the Sniper merging back into the shadows. Once removed, a Sniper may not return to the battlefield but doesn't count as having been killed for Victory point purposes. Snipers cannot claim table quarters or other objectives and don't have to be killed for an attacker to win Meat Grinder or Grand Assault.

Sniper Rifles aways hit on a 2+ and its Strength always equals the Toughness of the target. Units suffering casualties from a sniper rifles must test to avoid pinning as for a barrage. A sniper rifle only has an armor penetration of D6 against a vehicle.
