Be'lakor as a general has no restrictions on the types of daemons in an army led by him. Additionally, he is a Living Icon for daemons of all four Gods.
The model may use this psychic power during the assault phase. It does not require a psychic test to be used. For every close combat attack that wounds the psyker, but is stopped by their armour save, they may make an additional attack after all other attacks (including power fists) have been resolved, but before combat results are determined. The psyker may fight as normal in the phase this power is used.
On the model's shooting phase the model may attempt to use this psychic power. Place the small blast marker at any point within the Psyker's line of sight and roll the Scatter Dice and a D6 to determine its final location (counting the target symbol as a hit). Any enemy unit with models under the template must make an immediate Morale check or fall back using the normal rules.
Models that lose close combat against this model take the morale test at -1 Ld. If the model is a Greater Daemon the test is -2 Ld instead.
