Use this power in the Daemonhunter's Assault phase at Inititive 1. If the test is passed, place the Ordnance template anywhere in contact with the psyker. All models, friend or foe, under the template suffer a Strength 5 hit with normal armour saves. Those particually under the template are hit on a dice roll of 4+.
