Standard of Devastation

This Standard follows the same rules as a Sacred Standard. In addition, oncer per battle the bearer can call upon the power of the Standard. This is done in the opponent's Assault phase, after they have declared any charges but before they have moved. It allows one Dark Angels unit within 6" of the bearer to shoot, as if it were the unit's shooting phase. The unit counts as moving for the purposes of using weapons, even if they were stationary in their last turn.
