As long as this model does not have any BLOOD MARKER on it, it is immune to the Minor Injury result, and thus does not take a BLOOD MARKER when suffering one. However, it will still take the additional blood from a weapon with a keyword such as SHRAPNEL. At the end of the battle, the model is then immediately taken Out of Action, and must roll to see if they survive as per the normal rules for Non-Elites being taken Out of Action.
