(Rule)Description: The attack ignores to-hit modifiers from Cover . It also gains +1 to-hit when shooting at units that fulfill any of the following criteria based on the target's Height:
• Height 0-2; at least 3 ranks.
• Height 3-4; at least 2 ranks.
• Height 5; always.
• Height 0-2; at least 3 ranks.
• Height 3-4; at least 2 ranks.
• Height 5; always.
