Once per game, at the start of any friendly Activation Phase, Gandalf can use this special rule so long as he is alive and on the battlefield. If he does, then until the end of the turn, enemy models Engaged in Combat with a friendly Cavalry model that made a Charge that turn, or Supporting a Combat against a friendly Cavalry model that made a Charge that turn, suffer a -1 penalty to their Duel Roll.
Éomer may declare a Heroic Combat each turn for free.
Friendly Rohan Cavalry models gain a bonus of +1 to their Strength on a turn in which they Charge.
