(Rule)Description: An army that includes Perturabo may also include The Tormentor as a Dedicated Transport for Perturabo. As a Dedicated Transport this does not take up an additional Force Organisation slot, but its points must still be paid for as part of the army and count towards the maximum combined Lords of War and Primarch value.
