Cruel Taskmaster

If chosen as the army’s Warlord, Archmagos Draykavac automatically has Cruel Taskmaster as his Warlord Trait and may not select any other. Cruel Taskmaster – If any friendly unit with at least one model within 12" of a Warlord with this Trait fails a Morale check or Pinning test, the controlling player may choose to remove a single model from that unit as a casualty, without any Armour Saves or Damage Mitigation rolls being made, and instead have the unit automatically pass the Morale check or Pinning test without re-rolling any dice.
