Scouring Tempest
(Rule)Description: Once per battle, during the Shooting phase of one of their turns as the Active player, the controlling player of a unit made up entirely of models with this special rule may choose to activate Scouring Tempest before the unit is selected to make a Shooting Attack. Until the end of the Phase, all Flame weapons in the unit gain the Pinning and Torrent (3") special rules.
