(Rule)Description: Once per battle, at the start of any turn where Horus Lupercal’s controlling player is the Reactive player, this special rule may be activated. For the duration of the turn on which this special rule is activated, the Reaction Allotment of the army that includes Horus is increased by +1 in every Phase.
