Lightning From Blue Skies
(Rule)Description: When held in Reserve, do not roll for Jaghatai Khan or any unit he is considered to be part of while in Reserve. Instead, at the beginning of any of the controlling player's turns except the first, Jaghatai Khan and any unit he has joined may be brought into play from Reserves without making a Reserves Roll. If Jaghatai Khan is part of a Flanking Assault then this rule applies to all units that are part of that Flanking Assault - but does not apply to a Deep Strike Assault, Drop Pod Assault, or Subterranean Assault that includes Jaghatai Khan.
