(Rule)Description: Once per battle, Leman Russ' controlling plaer may declare the use of this special rule at the start of their turn. For the duration of that player turn only, all friendly models with the Legiones Astartes (Space Wolves) special rule gain a bonus of +1 to their Movement Characteristic and any enemy units that include one or more models with the Legiones Astartes (Space Wolves) special rule must take an an immediate Pinning test.
